Basically there are 4 personality types and different people explain them in different ways, but here is how I explain them.

The first type is FIRE. A few of their traits: they are leaders and they are decisive. They are poor listeners because they are always talking. They love to compete, so offer them a challenge.

The second type is Wind. A few of their traits: they go with the wind, are outgoing, dramatic and fun loving. They love to be the center of attention. Don’t bother with the details because they don’t care. When talking with these people, make sure you mention the fun activities that your organization offers.

The third type is WATER. A few of their traits: they are patient, easy going, passionate, loyal and empathetic. Don’t be pushy with these kinds of people because it will turn them off. Make sure that you mention time freedom with them, because that matters. Show them that you care first.

The last type is ICE. A few of their traits: they are accurate and analytical and like for everything to be in it’s place. Don’t approach these people unless you are organized and have things in place at the time or it will turn them off. They are suspicious of people, so you will probably need to just give them a few facts and then get out of their way and let them make up their own minds.
