Kevin Trudeau is a controversial, best selling author. His most recent book is Free Money “They don’t want you to know about. He admits to being a normal guy that just wants to help others benefit from his efforts to identify money that is available to the common person. In times when jobs are scarce and the need for money is a common request of most households. This book can easily be a best seller as proven as the #1 New York Times Best Selling book.

This article is a straight-forward book review. The book is a concise compilation of information and resources. Kevin makes promises of dozens of ways to allegedly get $10k per day. The book is advertised as, loaded with simple tips and techniques to find free money from the following: Tax Refunds Tax Credits Savings Accounts Insurance Policies Pensions Veterans Benefits Social Security Unclaimed Property and more Well, Kevin Trudeau‘s book does not live up to the claim that if $500.00 is not found from the use of the book, he would refund the cost with no problem.

Is this the Ch-ching he talked about in the book? I’d say that you are better off playing the lottery because that promise was the closest thing I located to found money. Kevin constantly advertises, as a martyr; providing the truth that the government does not want the public to know about. However, this book reads vastly different than his late night promotional. The potential for profits that you seek are just not there. I believe others that are in economic hardships desperately want to believe in his claim of, “immediate information at your fingertips that provides immediate cash in your hands”.

I found this book to be less than helpful in any way. Many of the resources were not active and the websites were not functional. Much of the book was informational rather than a helpful resource as claimed. The money back claim was a joke, honestly; the cost of the book was $19.95 with S & H as $11.95 which was a grand totaled of $31.90. Now, it is conceivable that many would take the chance to order the book with the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. It totally makes sense, what would you have to lose. Well, being mislead with false advertising one could lose $31.90. Because, the customer is not aware there is a restocking fee and all that is returned is $10.00.

I must wonder if the problem is the information or the author. It is sad that this once beloved author as telling the truth that our government does not want others to know; is in the category of those that makes claims that they do not live up to as honest and truthful providers of services or goods. I honestly, could not recommend this book to anyone.

Kevin not the solution? Disappointed that there really is no Free Money?

Many books, such as the one’s that Mr. Trudeau offers only compile information that is already free to the public. If you just have to see for yourself, I would recommend going to the library or the bookstore and just looking at it there. While you are there, try one of Matthew Lesko’s books also. You are more likely to find something in one of those that you can use. If you need yet another alternative, there are many on the internet that you can try.
